Andrea Lee Negroni

Lee Negroni specializes in mortgage and real estate regulation and advises companies with respect to outsourcing or offshoring business and legal services. She was an executive at a national residential mortgage company and a real estate asset management firm, and has conducted multiple mortgage company due diligence efforts.

Lee advises on domestic and international mortgage banking system regulations, is a frequent speaker for the American Conference Institute, Mortgage Bankers Association and other professional and industry associations. She has been a member of the Advisory Council of the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators (AARMR) and serves on the Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Metropolitan Washington. Lee has published several real estate and mortgage books, and has written more than 50 articles on consumer credit regulation and related subjects published in a wide variety of professional publications.

Lee also serves as Of Counsel at BuckleySandler LLP, and was previously a partner with Goodwin Procter and Negroni & Kromer, PLLC. She received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and her B.A. from Emory University.
